On Your Feet!

April 2019

Hollie is thrilled to be making her West End debut as part of the Original UK Cast of On Your Feet! this summer. The musical, which tells the story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan, is to run at the London Coliseum from 14th June to 31st August before embarking on a UK Tour. The show is directed by Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde) with choreography from Sergio Trujillo (Jersey Boys, Memphis). On Your Feet! has a book from Alexander Dinelaris, who wrote the film Birdman, and features songs by the Estefans including "Rhythm is Gonna Get You", "Conga", "Get On Your Feet", "Don't Want To Lose You" and "1-2-3". The piece tells the love story of Emilio and Gloria Estefan and charts their journey from Cuba, to Miami and beyond.

Debut Album

February 2019

Hollie will be recording her debut album and releasing it later this year. Featuring 9 of her original songs, it will be produced by Stuart McCredie, who has recorded and produced albums for many high profile artists including The Fratellis, Texas and Kelly Clarkson. You can pre-buy a digital copy of the album by donating £10 to Hollie's GoFundMe page. Contributions of £20 or more will receive a signed copy of the CD. 

North Kent College

September 2018

Hollie has recently joined the teaching staff at North Kent College. She will be teaching singing on both the Musical Theatre and Acting courses from September 2018.

Back to Hornchurch with Jack and the Beanstalk

July 2018

Hollie will be returning to the Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch this Christmas to play the roles of Fortuna and Spatula in Jack and the Beanstalk. She is also excited to be taking on the additional position of Show Musical Director for the actor-musician production. Written by Andrew Pollard, the show opens on 28th November, 2018 and runs until 6th January, 2019.

Irene in Crazy for You

October 2017

Hollie will be taking over the role of Irene Roth in the UK Tour of Crazy for You from 31st October to 9th December. She will be performing at the following venues:

Crazy for You UK Tour

May 2017

Hollie is delighted to be reprising the role of Tess in the UK Tour of the award-winning Gershwin musical, Crazy for You. The production, starring Tom Chambers and Caroline Flack opens at the Theatre Royal Plymouth on 17th August before embarking on an extensive tour of some the biggest theatres in the UK and Ireland.

Foxy Bingo

Hollie will be appearing in the new Foxy Bingo commercial, on television screens in the UK from 9th March.

Bird College

January 2017

Hollie has recently started working as a singing teacher at Bird College in Sidcup. The Doreen Bird College of Dance, Music & Theatre Performance is an international and outstanding provider of professional vocational training in Dance and Musical Theatre. 

Beauty and the Beast

September 2016

Hollie will be making her debut as a pantomime villain this Christmas, playing Spite in Beauty and the Beast at Watford Palace Theatre. The show runs from 2nd December until 31st December.

Crazy for You

June 2016

Hollie is thrilled to be performing at the Watermill Theatre this summer in a brand new actor-musician production of the Gershwin musical, Crazy for You. This multi-award-winning musical comedy is filled with great dance numbers and a wealth of memorable tunes, including "I Got Rhythm", "They Can’t Take That Away from Me" and "Embraceable You". Hollie will be playing the role of Tess alongside Tom Chambers as Bobby Child. The show opens on 27th June and runs until 17th September.

The Sessions: The Beatles at Abbey Road

January 2016

Hollie is excited to be performing in the UK Arena Tour of The Sessions, a live re-staging of The Beatles at Abbey Road StudiosOverseen by the legendary recording engineer Geoff Emerick, The Sessions is a once-in-a-lifetime backstage pass to a magical moment in music history. Each song will be played exactly as it was recorded. For the first time in a generation, all instrumentation, arrangements and vocals are identical to the original recordings – the closest thing to actually being in the studio with John, Paul, George and Ringo. The original recording studio has been meticulously restored, while the singularity of each album is captured through authentic sounds, unique choreography and dazzling cinematic effects. The show opens at the Royal Albert Hall on 1st April and ends at the O2 Arena on 15th May.

The Ballad of Rudy

September 2015

Hollie is delighted to be performing at the Royal Exchange Theatre in Manchester this Christmas, playing multiple roles in The Ballad of Rudy; a jazz odyssey set in the North Pole. In this original story, Rudolph doesn’t have a red nose but a talent for new and exciting music that sets him apart from all the other reindeers. All of the original music will be performed live on stage by the cast of three actor-musicians. The show opens on 12th December, 2015 and runs until 3rd January, 2016.

Hot Stuff

April 2015

Hollie will be playing the role of Miss Hot Stuff in the 70s glam rock musical, Hot Stuff at the Queen's Theatre, Hornchurch. Hot Stuff tells the story of a disco dancer who signs a pact with the devil's disciple in order to achieve his dream of becoming a rich and famous rock star. This high energy, foot-stomping show includes hits such as "Dancing Queen", "I Will Survive" and the sizzling title song, "Hot Stuff", all of which will be performed live on stage by the cast of actor-musicians. The show opens for previews on 22nd May and runs until 13th June.

Dick Whittington: The Rock 'n' Roll Panto

August 2014

Hollie is thrillled to be back at City Varieties Music Hall this Christmas, playing the role of Fairy Bowbells in Dick Whittington: The Rock 'n' Roll Panto. The show opens on 29th November, 2014 and runs until 11th January, 2015. 

Summer at the Spa

June 2014

Hollie will be spending the summer appearing in the Bridlington Spa Summer Repertory Season. This year's featured shows include Showtime; a celebration of fetes, fairs and festivals from around the world and A Cowardly Night; a brand new revue show mixing sketches, scenes, monologues and songs from the pen of one of Britain’s most famous exports, Noel Coward. The season begins on 16th July and runs until 5th September.

Jack and the Beanstalk: The Rock 'n' Roll Panto

September 2013

This Christmas, Hollie will be joining the City Varieties Pantomime Company to play the role of Fairy Aubergine in Jack and the Beanstalk: The Rock 'n' Roll Panto. The cast of 10 actor-musicians will be leaping seamlessly from their character roles to become part of the band, performing all vocals and instruments live on stage. The show opens at City Varieties Music Hall in Leeds on 30th November, 2013 and runs until 12th January, 2014. 

The Urdang Academy

September 2013

This September, Hollie will be joining the teaching staff at The Urdang Academy, one of the UK’s finest performing arts colleges. Hollie will be leading technical singing and repertoire classes.

RADA Workshop

July 2013

Later this month, Hollie will be leading a workshop at RADA as part of the Stagecoach RADA ADPA Course. The workshop is entitled Creative Singing in the Classroom and focuses on the methods and techniques used to teach others creatively. The ADPA Course is aimed at young people of 16-19 years of age, who have a passion for the performing arts and who wish to keep developing and practising their skills through dance classes, singing lessons and acting classes as well as deepening their understanding of the field. It also equips students with the materials and techniques for auditions and interviews.

Fame

June 2013

Hollie will be stepping back into the 80s to star as Carmen Diaz in a new production of Fame - The Musical at the Gordon Craig Theatre in Stevenage. Based on the hit film of the same name, the musical tells an inspirational story of a diverse group of talented students studying at the New York High School of Performing Arts during the early 1980s. The show opens 22nd August and runs until the 31st August.
