"Hollie Cassar had great characterization in both the roles of Fortuna and her twin sister Spatula, but more impressive were her amazing vocals. She definitely had the best voice in the show."

"We also have the grandmother figure Consuelo who, this evening, is played by the most excellent Hollie Cassar. Cassar’s vocal and physical enthusiasms towards Gloria and Emilio’s hopes and successes light up the stage each time she is on. Considering that Cassar is probably only in her mid-twenties, the transformation into the elderly Consuelo is remarkable."

"Gloria's gran, Consuelo, was played by the understudy, Hollie Cassar tonight, and she was amazing... If you can imagine an all-singing, all-dancing Maureen Lipman, then that is close to this character and Hollie's performance."
